About Us
Two brothers, Merlin and Lynn Hopper, founded the business in 1963 that has become Hopper Environmental Services. They realized northern Arkansas had a need for customer-oriented pest and termite management. They had one truck and set of equipment and set to work serving businesses and residents in the Twin Lakes area.
Their unique brand of customer service allowed the company to grow over time, and their two sons, Mark and David Hopper, joined the business. Hopper Environmental Services today employs more than 20 technicians and serves a wide area in northern Arkansas and southern Missouri including Fayetteville, Rogers, Springdale, Bentonville, Mountain Home, Bull Shoals, Yellville, Mountain View, and Flippin.
In 2006, Dallas Hopper, David’s son, graduated from the University of Arkansas and began to manage the northwest region office of Hopper Environmental Services. Dallas now works fulltime in the northwest region office at Springdale, bringing the third generation of Hoppers into management of the family business.
Commitment to Customer Service
At Hopper Environmental Services, we understand that our customers are looking for dependable, effective solutions for their termite and pest problems. Our highly trained technicians provide a range of services, from residential to commercial and industrial, small to large buildings, that eliminate termites and other pests.
Our top priority is customer satisfaction. We understand you have a busy schedule and will arrive on time, every time.
We are dedicated to providing personal service to each customer. We are large enough to meet any termite and pest control need, but small enough to care about each job we do.
We know many of our customers are concerned about the safety of pest control services. Because we are certified in both Missouri and Arkansas — two states with very different safety regulations, we exceed each state’s requirements. The bottom line: You will not find a company more committed to your health and safety in the area.
We hope you will use our website as a resource as you make a decision about how you will protect yourself, your family and your business from termites and other pests, and then select the company that puts your needs first, Hopper Environmental Services.
Every homeowner should consider the risks involved with not protecting their investment from damage by termites and other pests. We will be happy to discuss our services with you to find a best fit to your needs.
